IonicNet is an accessibility consulting and web development firm focused on public libraries and government agencies.
We help organizations understand, implement, and maintain digital accessibility requirements under ADA Title II and WCAG standards across websites, digital services, and third party platforms.

Thalita leads accessibility consulting, training, and compliance strategy at IonicNet, working closely with public libraries and government agencies to help them understand and implement ADA Title II and WCAG requirements.
Her work focuses on evaluating digital services, guiding accessibility decision-making, and helping organizations establish sustainable practices for maintaining compliance over time.
Thalita is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) and holds certifications in accessibility, inclusive design, and UX design. She combines technical knowledge with a practical, real-world approach to help institutions navigate accessibility with clarity and confidence.
Harrison Ortega
Lead Developer and Accessibility Implementation Specialist
Harrison leads development and accessibility implementation at IonicNet. He has over 18 years of experience in web development, with the past several years focused specifically on building and testing websites for WCAG conformance.
He is responsible for implementing accessibility at the code level and validating that all components function correctly with assistive technologies. His work includes testing with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other tools to ensure that accessibility is not only theoretical but fully functional in real-world use.
Harrison also plays a key role in reviewing accessibility audits and verifying findings, ensuring accuracy and consistency between reported issues and actual user experience.
